Korean Lindy Hop Championships(KLHC) is one of the world’s largest international competitions where the best lindy hoppers for each division are selected. We sincerely hope that KLHC does not stop at just being a place to win simple results but we would like it to be a stage of challenge and opportunity. Let that be you under that spotlight.

Also, due to popular demand from many dancers, we are opening a Balboa competition this year. Don’t miss your chance to win the inaugural title of the most prestigious competition in Korea.

[안내] 대회 출전 시 당일 유효 패스 소지 필수

본 대회에 출전하는 모든 선수께서는 반드시 해당 일자에 유효한 당일 패스(풀패스 포함)를 소지하셔야 합니다.

환불정책

• 시작일 7일 전까지 : 환불 불가. 양도 가능. 크레딧 전환 100%.
• 시작일 1일 전까지 : 환불 불가. 양도 가능. 크레딧 전환 80%.
• 행사 당일 : 환불 불가. 양도 가능. 크레딧 전환 50%
• 노쇼 : 환불 불가. 크레딧 전환 0%

=> 스윙잇 크레딧 : 스윙잇 주최 행사 시, 현금 대신 쓸 수 있는 포인트(유효기간 10년)

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Up to 7 days before the start: No refund | Transferable | 100% Credit
• Up to 1 day before the start: No refund | Transferable | 80% Credit
• On the day of the event: No refund | Transferable | 50% Credit
• No-Show: No refund | No Credit

=> Swing It Credit: Points that can be used instead of cash at Swing It-hosted events (valid for 10 years)
Applicable events: CSI, KLHC, TBK (The Battle Series), SIS (Swing It Special), etc.

Competition Categories

Routine Divisions

Lindy Hop Couple

: A two-to-four minute long routine.

• Price : KRW 60,000/couple (=USD 60)
• Prizes : 1st – Trophy & KRW 300,000 / 2nd – Trophy / 3rd – Trophy (It will be awarded half prize money if less than 10 couples sign up.)

Team

: A two-to-four minute long routine, self-selected music. In teams of more than 3 couples(6 people) and less than 10 couples.(20 people)

• Price : KRW 100,000
• Prizes : 1st – Trophy & KRW 500,000 / 2nd – Trophy / 3rd – Trophy (It will be awarded half prize money if less than 10 teams sign up.)

Improvisation Divisions

M&M Rookie* (Dancers who have started any swing dance within 2 years.)

: Base date in APR 1 every year (Starting after April 1st 2024)

• Price : KRW 30,000/dancer (=USD 30)
• Prizes : 1st – Trophy & Prize worth KRW 200,000 / 2nd – Trophy / 3rd – Trophy (It will be awarded half prize money if less than 20 couples sign up.)

M&M Open

• Price : KRW 30,000/dancer (=USD 30)
• Prizes : 1st – Trophy & KRW 300,000 / 2nd – Trophy / 3rd – Trophy (It will be awarded half prize money if less than 20 couples sign up.)

M&M Jill Advanced

• Price : KRW 30,000/dancer (=USD 30)
• Prizes : 1st – Trophy & KRW 300,000 / 2nd – Trophy / 3rd – Trophy (It will be awarded half prize money if less than 20 couples sign up.)

M&M All Star**

• Price : KRW 30,000/dancer (=USD 30)

Strictly Lindy Open

• Price : KRW 60,000/couple (=USD 60)

Strictly Lindy Advanced

• Price : KRW 60,000/couple (=USD 60)

Strictly Lindy All Star**

• Price : KRW 60,000/couple (=USD 60)

  • 1st place winners will be invited to teach at CSI the following year.

Balboa M&M Rookie* (Dancers who have started Balboa within 2 years.)

Solo Jazz

• Price : KRW 30,000/dancer (=USD 30)

  • ILHC, The Savoy Cup, Camp Hollywood, New Orleans Swing Dance Festival, Boston Tea Party, Camp Jitterbug, Lindy on the Rocks, Camp Swing It, The Snowball, European Swing Dance Championship, The Battle, Balkan Lindy Hop Championships (BLHC), Lindy Shock, or other competitions determined by the organizers.

Until the 2021 competition, qualifications for participation were separated into M&M and Strictly even at the same Advanced level, but since the All-Star section has been established, from 2023, criteria will be given based on level alone without distinction between the two categories. (Winners in the M&M Advanced category can compete in the Strictly All-star category)

린디합 커플

자체 선곡한 2-4분 길이의 루틴

• 참가비 : 6만원/커플
• 시상 : 1등 상패 및 상금 30만원 / 2등 상패 / 3등 상패 (참가팀이 10팀 이하일 경우 공지된 상금의 50% 지급)

팀(단체전)

자체 선곡한 2-4분 길이의 루틴으로, 3쌍(6명) 이상 - 10쌍(20명) 이하로 이루어진 팀.

• 참가비 : 10만원
• 시상 : 1등 상패 및 상금 50만원 / 2등 상패 / 3등 상패 (참가팀이 10팀 이하일 경우 공지된 상금의 50% 지급)

즉흥 부문(Improvisation Divisions)

M&M 루키* (모든 스윙댄스 경력 2년 이하)

: 기준일 매년 4월1일 (2024년 4월 1일 이후 시작)

• 참가비 : 3만원/개인
• 시상 : 1등 상패 및 20만원 상당의 상품 / 2등 상패 / 3등 상패 (참가 규모가 20커플 이하일 경우 공지된 상품의 50% 수준으로 지급)

M&M 오픈

• 참가비 : 3만원/개인
• 시상 : 1등 상패 및 상금 30만원 / 2등 상패 / 3등 상패 (참가 규모가 20커플 이하일 경우 공지된 상금의 50% 지급)

M&M 어드밴스드

• 참가비 : 3만원/개인
• 시상 : 1등 상패 및 상금 30만원 / 2등 상패 / 3등 상패 (참가 규모가 20커플 이하일 경우 공지된 상금의 50% 지급)

2021년 대회 까지는 같은 Advanced 레벨이라도 M&M과 Strictly로 출전 자격을 분리하였으나, 그동안 올스타 부분이 자리잡은 관계로 2023년 부터는 두개 부문 구별 없이 레벨만으로 기준을 부여합니다. (M&M Advanced 부문 입상자 끼리 Strictly All-star 부분에 출전 가능)
